We’re happy to welcome up to two well-behaved dogs by prior arrangement through Travel Chapter. A pet fee of £20 per dog will be added to your final balance.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that dog owners follow the guidelines below:

• Advance Booking Required:
  Dogs must be registered in advance as part of your booking

• Responsible Supervision:
  Dogs must be kept under strict control at all times, both inside the property and in the garden.

• Cleanliness Matters:
  Please clear up after your dog immediately, particularly on lawns or within The River Hideaway grounds.

• Bring Their Essentials:
  We ask that owners bring their dog’s bed or basket, feeding bowls, and any items they need to keep them happy and settled.

• No Unattended Pets:
  Dogs must not be left alone in the cottage or anywhere on the property at any time.

• Downstairs Only, Please:
  To preserve the comfort and quality of the furnishings, dogs should remain downstairs and are not permitted on beds or furniture.

• Departure Clean-Up:
  Please ensure all pet hair and any related mess is thoroughly cleaned before your departure.

• Note: We are unable to accommodate cats.

Parking & Access:

• Private Parking:
  A designated parking space for one medium-sized car is located just outside your cottage. Each cottage has its own private space.

• Additional Parking Nearby:
  If you have a larger vehicle or a second car, extra parking is available just 30 metres away, across a charming footbridge—a short and scenic stroll back to the cottage.
